IGT Rosato Toscana

This Rosato wine and expresses all the flavours of the Sangiovese grape, but by picking the grapes slightly earlier, it is less heavy -  less alcohol - but  has the freshness of a white wine. Tropical fruit flavours on the nose - light and delicate,  with hints of mango, papaya - following through in the mouth.  
Produced with 100% Sangiovese grapes. The must is left in contact with the skins for just a few hours before it is separated from them, giving it its bright colour.
