An outstanding quality of olive oil, intense green in colour with golden tints. The extra virgin olive oil from Sugame is a blend of several varieties of olives: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo. The olives are picked by hand and taken within 48 hours to the ‘frantoio’, the olive press. The olives are cultivated organically and the oil is cold-pressed (at 24 C – 27 C)
