Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment
Please pay one third of the total fee as a deposit to secure the booking. The balance must then be paid by one month prior to the start date of the holiday. Antico Borgo di Sugame reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the balance is not paid. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your payments. Payments can be made either by bank Transfer or by Credit Card.

Credit card details should be submitted via our secure on-line form.
Cancellation
If there is a cancellation, the deposit amount of one third will be forfeit. If the cancellation occurs within 30 calendar days to the start date of the holiday, there will be no refund unless the apartment is rented to another client. In this case we will return all of the rental except for the one third deposit.
Please make your own arrangements for cancellation insurance.
