Vacation Apartment L'Oleandro is the largest apartment at Sugame, with 3 bedrooms. It enjoys stunning views from both the sitting room and from the piazza outside.Downstairs: Spacious entrance hall, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, large sitting room with kitchen (behind a low wall). The apartment has doors opening onto piazza outside which is provided with table and chairs. This main piazza is not exclusive to the Oleandro. Upstairs: bathroom and two double bedrooms one of which has two twin beds. As with all of our apartments, you will have access to our swimming pool.

Oleandro Apartment
High Season: 4th July to 14th August
Mid Season: 16th May to 3rd July and 15th August to 25th September
Low Season: 14th March to 15th May and 26th September to 31st October

The week begins and finishes on Saturday.
Arrangements can be made for shorter or longer stays in the low season only.

There is an additional fee for the final cleaning of the apartment. The fees are appropriate to the sizes of the apartments:
Oleandro: € 45

When heating is required, the fee is calculated from the gas metre. Each apartment has its own thermostat and timer. We charge € 5 per cubic metre of gas.
