Kitchen/dining and very small sitting area, 2 double bedrooms, small bathroom, patio.

This small apartment is tastefully rennovated with a new kitchen. It is recommended for a family with 1 or 2 children rather than two couples. It is also perfect for just one couple. The double bed in the second bedroom is separable into two singles if requested. The small sitting room space opens onto the patio and is also compensated by a lovely main bedroom which enjoys a superb view. The second bedroom is without a view, but is wonderfully cool even in mid-summer. As with all of our apartments, you will have access to our swimming pool.

The week  begins and ends on a Saturday.
Arrangements can be made for shorter or longer stays only in the low season.

There is an additional fee for the final cleaning of the apartment. The fees are appropriate to the sizes of the apartments. Il Geranio: € 25/€30

When heating is required, the fee is calculated from the gas metre. Each apartment has its own thermostat and timer. We charge € 5 per cubic metre of gas.
